Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Crema → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Yes. Your pours, journal entries, and profile are stored locally on your device only — we don't have servers that hold your personal data. When you submit a pour for analysis, the image is sent to Anthropic's AI service to generate your feedback, then returned to your device. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Crema runs a local quality check before sending your image for AI analysis. If your photo is too blurry, too dark, or doesn't clearly show a coffee cup, it will be rejected. You can tap "Submit Anyway" to override and send it regardless.
AI scoring works best with a clear, well-lit photo taken from directly above your cup. Try re-capturing in better light with the cup centered in frame. If you consistently disagree with scores, please reach out — your feedback helps us improve.
Open Settings in Crema → tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
Crema supports whole dairy, oat, almond, soy, and coconut milk. Set your preferred milk in your Barista Profile — your AI feedback will be calibrated accordingly.
