Crema is operated by Flipping Leaf LLC ("us", "we", "our"). Your access to and use of the Crema iOS application and this website (the "Service") is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to the revised terms.
Crema offers a free tier and a Crema Pro subscription. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method on file. Subscription fees are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
To cancel your subscription, manage it through your Apple ID subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time. All purchases are final except as required by applicable law or Apple's standard refund policies.
Crema uses AI to analyze your pours and generate scores and coaching feedback. This feedback is for informational and educational purposes only. It reflects an automated assessment of the images you provide and should not be taken as professional instruction. Results may vary. We do not guarantee any particular improvement in your latte art technique as a result of using the Service.
You retain ownership of the photos and videos you capture using Crema. By submitting images for analysis, you grant us a limited, temporary license to transmit those images to our AI analysis provider (Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating feedback. We do not store, sell, or use your images for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Service. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the application.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content created by Flipping Leaf LLC, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You acquire no ownership interest by using the Service.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI feedback will be accurate for any particular pour or technique.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flipping Leaf LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service — including loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or $100 USD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
